General Information

*General Construction* Designed for the roughest service. Quenched and tempered steel almost throughout to hold up to higher packing forces and heavy containers. Hard body normally available in full-eject only.
	*Body Sides* 3/16 AR-400 "Q&T" plate rolled into a broad radius. 3x2x1/4 wall rolled tubing upright posts welded solid at each end of sides. Top of sides are bent over to form part of roof. Bend for roof has 1" ID radius.
*Body Roof* 3/16 AR-400 "Q&T" plate first 24". 3/16 ASTM A572 grade 50 plate for remainder. Three 2" square x 1/4 wall long member supports. Rear roof cross member is 3x2x1/4 wall tubing. Front of roof "breaker bar" is 5x3x3/8 tubing. *Hopper Cover* 12 Gauge A-36 sheet metal framed with 2" square x 11 gauge tubing 12" UHMW pads bolted to each corner to assist sliding. Hopper cover tracks are formed into upper hopper sides and lined with 3-1/2x3x3/16 formed channel.
	*Sub Structure* 6x3x3/16 wall tubing long members with 4" channel cross members 12" centers. End of channels are held together with a 12 gauge formed channel skirt. *Body Floor* 3/16 AR-400 "Q&T" plate. *Hopper Floor* 1/4" AR-400 "Q&T" plate.
*Packer Tracks* Formed channel from 3/8 plate clad with 1/4x3 AR500 wear strips inside all three surfaces. *Lower Hopper Sides* 1/4" AR-400 rolled into a broad radius with 3x2x1/4 rolled upright posts. *Upper Hopper Sides* 3/16" ASTM A-572 grade 50 plate with two 3x2x1/4 tubing horizontal supports.
	*Tailgate* Hydraulic operated bustle style 3.9 cubic yard capacity frame with 3x2x1/4 tubing rolled upright posts. 4x3x1/4 tubing across top and 8x3x3/16 bottom that doubles as the tail light bar. Rear and sides of tailgate are 3/16 AR220.
*Packer* Box frame structure with curved face to fit rolled hopper sides. Lower packer plate is 1/4" AR-400 Q-T plate. Upper packer plate is 3/16" AR-400 Q-T plate. Skids are formed channels from 3/8 plate clad with 3/8x3 AR-500 wear strips to match packer tracks.
	*Clean-Out Sump* 80-Gallon cavity built in sub structure below packer. Two 8x40" clean-out doors are gasketed and latched. *Hopper Access Door* Large door for entering body behind packer. Door is provided with a safety switch to shut down packer.
*Arm Pivot Shaft* 4-1/2" OD x 1/2 wall carbon steel round tubing supported by four split bearing caps with grooved brass bushings. *Arms* 9-3/4 wide x 3-3/4 thick box frame construction with bearing caps at each end. Rear bearing cap installed so that arm can be clamped to pivot shaft rather than bolted for easy service. Front bearing cap has brass bushings for fork pivot bearing surface.
	*Forks* 1-1/2" T-1 plate 6" wide x 60" long welded to a 4-1/2x1/2" wall round tubing fork pivot shaft. 6x3 rubber bumpers bolted to fork pivot shaft for container protection.

*Cylinders* All cylinders have chrome rods, "AQ" style piston seals, poly pack single up rod seals, and Teflon wear rings on all wear surfaces.
	*Fork (2)* 3-1/2" bore x 20" stroke with 1-3/4" rods.
*Arm (2)* 4 1/2" bore x 36" stroke with 2" rods.
	*Packer (2)* 6-1/2" bore 3-stage double-acting telescopic 182" stroke.
*Top Door (1)* 2" bore x 80" stroke with 1-1/4" rod.
	*Tailgate (2)* 3" bore x 42" stroke with 1-3/4" rods.
